I have learned many useful revision strategies throughout this course, and have been able to effectively utilize many of the strategies. My favorite strategy to use was the outlining of the paper, where you wrote a thesis and claim sentences to match it, and included quotes you wanted to use from the required sources. Another strategy I liked to use was clustering where you made little mind bubbles, or maps of the central idea and the supporting details. I plan to use these strategies to draft other papers I write by outlining the things I want to address in my paper, and also using clustering to map out my ideas and points I want to make in the paper. I have used the clustering method in my History class for a research paper I had to write by putting a giant bubble in the middle of the paper with my central topic, and connecting smaller bubbles to it that contained the main points of my paper and supporting details. I am glad that thoroughout this course I learned various useful revision strategies that I am able to utilize through my college years.
